Promises Pre-shifts™ Terms & Conditions of Purchase

1. Promises Pre-Shifts™ is a registered training product created by FG Europe Ltd, Company Registration 06509703.
2. Promises Pre-Shifts™ upon purchasing will be registered to the hotel/catering business as listed by the purchaser. This product is only sold for use in the listed premise; if more than one premise is listed FG Europe will increase the price of the products to match the premises used.
3. FG Europe Ltd asserts its ownership of Promises Pre-Shifts™ post its sale and Promises Pre-Shifts™ may not be lent, borrowed, copied, given, sold or resold to any other unlisted company, property, person or premise without written permission being given from FG Europe Ltd.
4. If the terms of the contract are broken and FG Europe Ltd needs to retain legal counsel to recover late payment or monies due, the purchaser will be responsible for all legal fees associated with that endeavour.
5. This product is not availble for sales in North America.
6. The property that chooses to have training will pay all expenses for travel and this shall be paid prior to the FreemanGroup trainer arriving at the property. All travel shall be at the best possible price and most cost effective travel costs which shall be agreed with the client.
7. This Agreement shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.  Any disagreement or dispute herein shall be finally resolved by either party pursuing any available right or remedy, in a court of competent jurisdiction within United Kingdom.
