Why do we call our Customer Care Program Promises Pre-Shift™?

Promises (real or implied) are made to your customers that your team must fulfill.  You must communicate the Promises that have been made to the customers on their behalf and then help your team reach their potential excellence and deliver on those Promises.

In our 20 years of facilitating training we understand that the best time to train with your team is when they are, ready to start work, fresh, not thinking about going home and tired after their shift. This is why we call part of this training Pre-Shift.

Silver is for the business that wishes to conduct daily training for long term changes in customer care.This package includes 70 pre-written daily training units of Promises Pre-Shift™, These units are clearly laid out and will help to create a culture of customer care in your business. At the end of the training you have a 70 day customer care induction package for all of your new team to use.In addition you will receive a training manual to ensure that you can implement this training easily and quickly.
