With over 20 years of experience, Bill has successfully grown FreemanGroup into one of the leading consulting and training companies in the tourism and hospitality industry.
James has 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has been a Hotel General Manager/Operations Director for over the last 10 years in Europe and the USA (Las Vegas). Hogg earned his degree in Hotel Management and Catering Operations in England and completed his apprenticeship with the London Hilton Group in the early 1990's. He has held many General Manager positions including; The Mill and Old Swan, Horsley Management Centre, Sunningdale Park, Latimer House and Latimer Conference Centre and his last position as Director of Operations for Skylofts at the MGM Grand a 5 Diamond resort that he helped to create. During his career he has organised, supervised and conducted training programs for hotel, casino and resort properties. As a General Manager he has implemented systems for increased staff performance, guest satisfaction and profitability. Hogg's proudest achievement is the training and system changes to win the highly converted AAA 5 Diamond award in 2007 and 2008 for Skylofts at the MGM Grand which is a 51 bedroom boutique hotel with an average rate of over $1,000 per room. Hogg's role in FreemanGroup Europe is to build upon the relationships with our existing clients and establish FreemanGroup Europe as the leading provider of Service Management within Europe. This will be achieved by using best practice in the World Hospitality market where FreemanGroup Europe are recognised as a leader. JANIE McDONNELL
After graduating from the University of Surrey with a BSc (Hons) in Hotel and Catering Management, Janie furthered her hospitality experience in managment positions in both food and beverage as well as front of house, at a variety of what was Initial Style's residential conference centres. She then moved her career into HR and qualified as a CIPD Graduate. Janie has 10 years HR management experience within a variety of large and small groups in the hotel and catering industry. Among her notable areas of achievement was the development of new HR strategies to meet the changing direction and challenges facing the different businesses, and implementing change through a variety of initiatives including the re-development of visions and values, new staff handbooks and policies and developing and implementing performance management systems. Before joining FreemanGroup Europe she was an HR Consultant within VT Group plc covering the London region, where a number of changes within the businesss resulted in having to TUPE in and out various contracts as well as manage redundancy programs. Janie is responsible for all HR aspects of our FreemanGroup Europe projects and with her extensive experience within the hospitality industry, both operationally and as HR, her experience and knowledge provides an excellent HR consultancy service to our cleints. ROS GREENWOOD
After graduating from Highbury College with an HND in Hospitality Management, Ros joined the industry as a Trainee Manager with a growing hotel and conference company 20 years ago. Her first role ensured that Ros worked in all departments and area's within a hotel operation. During this period Ros worked within 4 hotels in operations rising to her last role of Locum Manager where she would cover a General Manager's role. She then moved her career into a Head office role where she was responsible for writing/ creating training courses and delivering these throughout the hotel group. Among her notable areas of achievement was the development of new IT implementation courses and training, the development of a 2 day Duty Management training course to meet the challenge of Health and Safety, Assertiveness and Connecting with your Customers. Before joining FreemanGroup Europe she was an Locum Manager within De Vere Venues Ltd covering the UK. Ros is responsible as a Project Manager for FreemanGroup Europe projects and with her extensive experience within the hospitality industry, both operationally and as a trainer, her experience and knowledge provides an excellent service. |

Luego de haber estudiado administración de negocios y contabilidad en la Universidad de Puerto Rico. Jany se desempeñó en el campo administrativo para la compañía The Allied Group, compañía especializada en consultora de servicios de salud y seguridad ocupacional. También fue cofundadora en 1997 de la compañía Tax Education Group, organización dedicada a proveer seminarios educativos en contabilidad y tributación de impuestos. Por ser bilingüe, Jany tienen buen dominio tanto del idioma español como del inglés, ya sea hablado o escrito.
Jany se unió a la compañía FreemanGroup en el 2001. En su rol de asistente de ventas y mercadeo es responsable de traducir documentos y material de adiestramiento al español. Es por esto que su posición en la compañía es de gran apoyo al equipo de adiestramiento trabajando a través del Caribe, Suramérica y Norteamérica.
